Apollo is covered by one year limited warranty. Do this as many times as needed till the air paths are completely clear. Wet the brush provided with Isopropyl Alcohol and gently rotate the brush in and out of the air paths to clear any extract buildup. Clear the air paths for the optimal draws. Why does my Apollo feel clogged? When taking draws from the Apollo, extracts may build up and clog the air paths. How often do I need to clean my atomizer? It's recommended to clean the atomizer after each final use in order to prevent any buildup of extracts. How do I regulate air flow when in Desktop Mode? Open and close the Carb Cap to direct the airflow and regulate the amount of air going into the atomizer. Release your finger when you wish to add more air. Doing so will restrict the airflow going into the atomizer. How do I regulate air flow when in Portable Mode? Use your finger to cover the Air Path Regulator at bottom of the Apollo Base. Make sure to do this prior to attaching the water bubbler to the Apollo. This creates a water seal that will prevent any water from escaping. Why does water leak from the bottom of my water bubbler when I fill it? In order to prevent water from escaping from the bottom of the water bubbler, you must inhale from the top of the bubbler. When the battery runs low, charge Apollo before next use. Low Battery Indication - Flash white ten times Screw the atomizer to the Apollo base, make sure they are tightly attached. When the atomizer is not present or doesn’t connect well with the Apollo base, the device will shut off automatically. Yes, Apollo works great with Budder Cups. Heat Boost can be very useful to reach max temperature instantly for big clouds, or heat off the leftover extracts to minimize waste. The power indicator will rotate quickly, indicating the Apollo is boosted to its highest temperature (600F). How do I use Power Boost? Once Apollo is powered on, hold the button to activate Power Boost. What type of water pipes are compatible with the Apollo? The Apollo can attach to any water pipe with a 14mm or 18mm downstems, male or female. Do not use force as quartz is clean and safe to use but fragile. How do I load extracts into the Apollo? Place a grain of rice sized amount of wax onto the center of the quartz heating chamber with a tool. How much extracts should I use? The Apollo doesn't require much wax to produce large clouds, it is recommended to use the size of a rice grain for each use. The Apollo is designed for use with extracts only.
